At Bella Vida Family Practice, healthcare is more than a career—it’s a calling that came later in life. After starting nursing school in her late 30s, the current owner built a foundation in critical care as a Registered Nurse, working in a level one trauma and comprehensive stroke center ICU. The experience shaped her commitment to high-quality, attentive care under pressure.
She continued her education and earned her MSN to become a Nurse Practitioner. While working in primary care, she completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree—further deepening her clinical knowledge and leadership skills.
After a time in neurosurgery, she realized how much she missed the connection and continuity that primary care provides. In December 2021, she took over the patient panel at Bella Vida Family Practice, stepping into ownership with a clear vision: to create a place where patients feel heard, supported, and empowered in their care.
Today, Bella Vida Family Practice offers comprehensive primary care, hormone replacement therapy, and weight management—combining clinical expertise with a personal approach. The practice continues to grow, but the mission remains the same: helping patients take charge of their health with a provider who listens.
Meet the Team
LYNNE CRAFA
PT APRN
Lynne Crafa is a part-time Family Nurse Practitioner at Bella Vida Family Practice with over 35 years of healthcare experience. She spent three decades at St. Mary’s Medical Center, working in critical care and trauma services, first as a registered nurse and later as an APRN.
Lynne earned her BSN from Palm Beach State College and her MSN from NOVA Southeastern University. For the past five years, she has worked as a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner, offering personalized, patient-centered care across all ages. She brings a deep background in trauma and critical care to her primary care practice.
Outside of work, Lynne enjoys traveling with her husband, cooking, baking, visiting family and friends, and caring for their three cats.
ANNA JACKSON
PT APRN
Anna Jackson is a foreign-trained medical doctor and licensed Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner with a background in surgery and family practice. She holds certifications in anti-aging medicine, pediatrics, aesthetics, and dermatology, bringing a well-rounded approach to care.
For the past three years, she’s been part of the Bellavida Family Practice team, blending traditional medicine with wellness-focused strategies. Outside of work, Anna enjoys traveling, reading, and raising her three children.
STEPHANIE OQUENDO
Medical Assistant
Hi, I’m Stephanie Marie Oquendo, a medical assistant at Bella Vida Family Practice. I assist with bloodwork, injections, diagnostic testing, patient intake, follow-ups, and also help at the front desk with scheduling and patient communication. I was born and raised in Puerto Rico and moved to Florida at 19. I’ve loved the English language since I was little and would watch movies in English to improve my fluency. I’m married and a proud mom to a teenage daughter. In my free time, I enjoy running, shopping, reading, watching series, and spending time with my family. I like to smile and genuinely enjoy getting to know our patients to help them feel comfortable and cared for.
ZARAY SUAREZ
Medical Assistant
Hey there! My name is Zaray, I’m all about making sure patients are prepped and taken care of—from checking vitals and gathering history to handling refills, labs, vaccines, and more. I help behind the scenes to keep things smooth and efficient before the provider even walks in. I was born in Cali, Colombia, raised in the U.S., and Spanish is my first language. I’m a mama to two amazing boys, a fitness enthusiast, and my soul lights up at the beach or on the dance floor!

Receptionist
Hi, I’m Annie! I joined Bella Vida in 2023 and work as the receptionist here. I’m usually the first person you’ll see when you walk in! I handle front desk duties like greeting patients, answering phone calls, making appointments, and taking care of administrative tasks. Outside of work, I love fishing, photography, reading, snorkeling, and a fun fact about me is I enjoy watching all UFC events.
